Payments from Ava prepaid has not been received this month, numerous correspondence has been sent to them requesting an expected payment date with no indication from them as to when payments will be made. Every month customers must enquire and ask for payments to be made, be warned and be aware of this continues problem!!
What an incompetent law firm. Mariska Fieberg casually informed us that due to her typing error the transfer of a property bought has been delayed by 5 - 7 business days, this has caused a financial and business disruption and were very nonchalantly told that she is not perfect and makes mistakes and was arrogantly asked if we would prefer her to lie, this makes us exceptionally uncomfortable. When we enquired about an email received from her earlier that day she had no idea what we were referring to and we had to send her her own email. Her arrogance regarding her incompetence is what blew our mind!!!!!
We used Global Travel Alliance SA for a family trip to Caledon Hotel, the service we received was exceptional and we will definitely be making use of their services again.
Beware, it seems that Alexander Forbes are becoming like other insurance companies that do not want to pay out your claim.

<p>We have had an ongoing claim 3rd party Claim with Mutual and Federal since last year, after Mutual and Federal finaly agreed to have the vehicle repaired to the condition it was in before thier client knocked into our vehicle they are now not making the payment, we were informed on the 15th of May that payment will be made within 10 working days, when I contacted Mutual and Federal on 01/06/2017 to follow up on payment I was informed that payment has not been made, when I asked to speak to a superior I was given her direct nr and have not been able to get through to her or the person confirming the payment on the 15th of May again. This is absolutely ridiculous and I cannot believe it has taken this long to finalize this matter. </p>
<p>Mogamat Alawie from Mutual and Federal is an incompetent assessor that does not know the facts. He provides ridiculous settlement amounts and wants to send an Audi TT to an uncertified Audi panelbeater.</p>
<p>Last year my employer Zane's wife's car was hit by a Mutual and Federal client, the incident was reported accordingly and a consultant by the name of Shaun Basset was dealing with the claim, Months went by and there was no contact from Shaun again and numerous unanswered emails. A few weeks ago I contacted the Manager, Ronelle Harvey. She arranged for another consultant to contact Zane, whom arranged for the assessor to view the vehicle, then there was no communication from any Mutual and Federal consultant again.</p> <p>We then contact Ronelle Harvey again to follow up on the process, we were then sent a settlement document to sign for R15 781.25, yet both quotes supplied to Mutual and Federal was over R30 000.00 for the damages caued to the vehicle by Mutual and Federals client.</p> <p>We contacted Ronelle to understand how this is possible, as the damage to the car was obviously greater then they were trying to settle, and as per her response it was approved by the assessor. Zane then requested that this be relooked at as the vehicle could not be fixed for the settlement amount by an Audi approved panel beater. Zane asked Ronelle Harvey that he does not want the money, but for his car to be collected by Mutual and Federal, taken to a Audi approved panel beater and then fixed accordingly. Ronelle Harvey then phoned the following day to say that they have found a panel beater that can fix the vehicle for the settlement amount, however this was not an Audi approved panel beater. This was 3 weeks ago and we have not had any feedback from Ronelle Harvey or any Mutual and Federal employee, surely a company of Mutual and Federal's callabre has higher standards than this.</p>
