I booked my car, It was repaired within a reasonable time. Receptionist is professional, the assessor (Junaid) explained in details the work to be done, Erens cleaned the car and it looked like it is new. Car repair completed 8 days before estimated completion date. It is my second time receiving excellent service. Thank you so much.

I am very disappointed at the quality of Laurence corner couch I bought at Cielo furniture store during black friday. The couch was delivered on the 30 November 2020,then as december was festive we were not home most of the time then January the 4th I realized that one leg is bent. I reported it to them as we were assessing it we realized that the problem is where the leg is attached. The feedback I got is that damages and defaults should be reported 48hrs after delivery after that I have to fix the couch at my cost. I had laid the matter to rest but now when I tried open one of the headrests it is not working the wood inside looks broken and now I really believe that it is either the couch is of low quality as compared to its price or I was given a second hand couch. If damages/defects are only fixed when reported within 48hrs, does this mean the quality of the cough should last up to 48hrs?

Great quality products, got them at a discounted price. One item was delivered damaged, however it was replaced within a reasonable time. I got support through email and was receiving updates as to how far the replacement process is until I received the replacement. I am happy.
I have lost my phone on the 15th January 2020 and submitted a claim on the 17th January 2020. They responded and asked for a statement which i sent immediately. They said they will do an assessment an will update me after 48 hours. They called still asking me about IMEI which is there on the claim form then when i asked after how long will my claim be processed the guy dropped the phone and never called again.I emailed for follow up,no respond. I called several times,the phone was never picked up it keeps telling me to hold,and that is through my airtime, one hour pass while holding on. TELKOM is not honest, you ask for an insurance the act like it is theirs,when you claim, they tell you to claim and deal with FINRITE.
