First of all their driver goes to the wrong town. I get tons of deliveries correct the first time with the address exactly as displayed as it is a TEMU order and Courier Guys as well as Fastway deliver for them, 1st time every time and it is the exact same address. Then get promised he will be here in less than an hour. Three hours later still not here, and after phoning the delivery driver he says I can wait till tomorrow. Ha what a joke. TEMU get rid of this useless delivery company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The worst experience with the Superfund. Two weeks ago I received a message that they received a TaxDirective and my money will be paid out within 3 to 5 days. The a week later no money, after calling them to find out that it has been sent to the Disability claim department. What FOR I did not claim disability, it is early medical retirement. So this was then made clear and the agents also confirmed that it is not a disability claim. Lo and behold a week later and they sent it back AGAIN to the disability department claims and this department is just not bothering to answer any one. So in the mean time they are sitting on my funds drawing on the interest and just not bothered to resolve my claim. Totally unacceptable. I would not suggest them to any one to use as insurance or retirement fund. They will call you ten times a day every day if you are late with a payment 1 day, but when they need to give you YOUR funds they will drag their feet and just not bother to do their work
The worst streaming service ever. After you buy a premium service for 1 year the service start degrading. Buffering and continued connection loss. Then it gets to a point where you cant even access the service and they start ignoring your complaints. So in short I have paid a full year premium service and not even able to use it. Stay away FAR FAR AWAY
I nought a MX6 the beginning of October. From day 2 it would get stuck and we would have to turn the scrubber at the bottom. We reported this to the dealer and wss told to bring the machine in. We fid so 2 weeks later, I first replced the pool pump wit a bihger one thinking the pump that was in might be a bit small. This actually caused it to stop working after 3 days. So we took it to the dealer and got told we now need to contact Zodiac as they send a tech out. This they did within 48 hours but man what a waste. He says that the pump has no suction without inspectig the unit. After we forced him to open the machine low and behold, one could see that some of the moving parts was catching the gear covers top and bottom. We have the pictures to show this. The arrogant tech refused to replace all the parts and also refused to take the machine to Zodiac. After phoning them they instructed him to take it in. So in the mean time I have aslo opened my suction line from the pool to the pump and guess what no failure. I started the pump and on switching it off noticed water voming out from the lid. Yet another bang as my son said the tech had the lid off. Well guess what Zodiac it wont have suction if your techs dont know how to put a lid back properly. It is now 48 hours since they took my machine and not a single call from them. Its Friday and my pool looks like a dogs **** because for almost 9 days now no working pool cleaner. My advisE STAY AWAY from Zodiac. Incompotent arrogant field techs and no client service feom there management.
