In july my car was fixed
In july my car was fixed. Someone had driven into me. Dealing with Santam was very easy and everything was straight forward and they guide me when there was confusion. The legal department claimed my excess back and i received it in less than a month from when my car was returned to me. Sunita Jaga was very polite and kept me up to date with what was going on and the money was refunded in half the time they said it would be.

Feedback on Santam and Martin Mansoor. Dealing with Martin and Santam has been easy and an awful situation has been turned into one that was not too bad. I will recommend both santam and martin, as a counsultant, to people in tge future

Accident claim
dealing with Santam insurance is always easy and the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Alexandra Klein made sure that i was kept informed with every step in my insurance claim process. Now it is just up to the accessor

Cannot get answers
It is not an experience at a store, but rather the fact that no stores, nor head office, answer their phones. Oh and they also do not help work around a problem like other stores do

Thumbs up for Pet Heaven
I have been using Pet heaven for a number of years now. I always have deliveries on time. If I need to alter the date of delivery it is easy to do so on their website. On the rare occasions that the suppliers are short of stock pet heaven has informed me. Them delivering to my estate saves me on time and my petrol

Trashy feel to the sheets
Recently, 10 days ago, I bought higher quality cotton sheets (not with sateen in). They look light grey in the packaging, but once out they are blue grey and feel plastic. These are most certainly not pure cotton sheets as I have pure cotton which I have had since 2005 abd it is in perfect condition and does NOT feel plastic. I emailed continental linen and their email is invalid

Great service
Thank you eye supply team. The staff has always been very helpful and go over and above to help, even when my contacts were out of stock. I was very happy when eyesupply matched the cheaper offer on my lenses. I know that my lenses will arrive within a couple of days, hassle free.

Santam switch
the staff at santam have always been very helpful and have explained things in detail, as well as tried to give me the best option which is appropriate to me. This is a pleasant difference to my previous insurance company.
