No Christmas present for my boy. Received an update that my package was out for delivery so I ensure there was someone home at all times to receive the package. Only to receive an update later in the day that the courier was unable to deliver the package. When I phoned customer service I was told that they can see he was at my home and that it is the driver's word against mine that he couldn't get hold of me. However, no attempt was made to phone me or get my attention. The lady at customer service told me she will escalate it and let me know the outcome. Never heard back, no updates given and not sure when the package will be delivered as we are leaving for holiday. This is the third time the exact same thing happened with a package from fastway. Always get a notification that they were unable to get hold of me when no attempt was made.
<p>I don'y know how many times I have unsubscribed from their emails. Yet everyday I still receive emails. This is unnecessary and annoying, filling my inbox with spam. I am also not in the job market any more, as I am quite happy with my current position. </p>
