<div>I received a quote for two hotel rooms in two different Zanzibar hotels, followed with an official invoice and a request for payment. After making payment I was emailed to make an additional payment of R 4500 and also advised that the hotel room configuration will be changed to cheaper options. I requested a refund as it made no sense and felt disappointed that Flight Centre as a company lacked dignity and integrity to honor what was in my opinion a legal binding responsibility towards a client. They made the offering available at a price and issued an invoice and a link for payment which was all done on the same day likewise payment was affected on the same day as well. They responded saying the prices had suddenly increased. To add insult to injury it's been seven days since making payment and no refunds have been made. Sadly all communication has disappeared despite several requests for the consultant ++++ to call and provide an explanation. Several calls and requests to speak to the manager ++++ is being ignored as well and there is no decency to call back leading me to the conclusion that this must be the policy of Flight Centre to take clients' money and deliberately make them wait and beg for refunds. Initially my polite explanation was that my money was needed to make online hotel bookings as Flight Centre failed me. They could have expedited the refund if they wanted to but upon their choosing decided to throw their legal jargon at me instead of speedily refund my money. I will definitely never use Flight Centre again and advise people to be very careful before parting with their funds. I have all the email correspondence if needed. <p>I had a cctv camera and dstv installation done by TRL in Nov 2016. Despite being promised a one year guarantee on their services for labour and products and that the cameras would be viewable via the internet from anywhere we find that the owner has gone missing the moment he received his money as well as that the cameras are not functioning as promised. He does not come back hence there is no after sales service. People please be careful. </p>
