I ordered a family treat at KFC Grimbeek park and only half of my order was delivered. The contact person told mw to come and pick up the rest of my order tomorrow???????
Potchefstroom have the most pathetic and incompetent service. The staff is blatant lairs, we reschedule a delivery once. They informed the sender that we rescheduled twice and they tried to deliver but we were not home, even though I work from home and my home office face the gate. While we were on the phone with the call center they said that the driver is in front of the gate, which he was not. Note it is not the first time they were delivering at this address. After 3 days of communication with their call center and struggling to get answers from them, they informed us that they lost the parcel?! I am very dissatisfied with the service received.

Mc Donald's springs service is pathetic. Mc delivery took more than an hour after expected delivery time to deliver. The order were wrong and everything was cold. The driver didnt seem to care at all, made me feel like i were using a govermental service.
I would like to thank Otsiele Boikanyo from the Makro Hellopeter department for assisting in my issue with an appliance and his consistent follow up on the suppliers progress on repairing my appliance. I feel this is the best service I have ever experienced from Makro or any other company where warranty repairs were involved.
Bought an dish washer at Makro with extended warranty, the machine no longer heats the water. Tried to call Makro to assist with the way forward to claim on the warranty, after several calls on endless time on hold and they hang up the phone as soon as you say you want to make a claim on the warranty. Sent email on the 21/05/2019 and 24/07/2019 with no response.
A simple change of vehicle in my policy leads to me paying for the new and the old car and after being promised they would correct this before the end of the day still no feedback.
