I bought my wife a watch. Within a year the watch stopped working. When I informed customer service I was asked to send them a recording showing the issue. I was told to restart and check it. I advised it’s still the same. Emails went back and forth with different advisors asking the same thing. In the end I gave up. They just give you the run around until the warranty expires. Never buy from them.
<p>Bought a volcano headset as a Christmas gift and upon opening the box found the left side totally apart. Took it back the next day and the staff at Kenilworth Centre tells me it's physical damage as if I broke it. First he tells me he doesn't have stock to swap it with and when I pointed to another box he said he's not allowed to swap it out. The manufacturer needs to access it and they're closed till 3rd January. Never experienced such poor service in my life. Now I need to wait and hear what the manufacturer decides what will happen next. If you buy here please test everything before you leave the store.Chinatown has better service then this.</p>
