Do not use this service if you don’t want your property destroyed. When asked politely to reimburse the cost of your item they will run and hide behind a clause that indemnifies them. I stored my house contents with these people for literally one month, and their movers broke my tv and clearly hid this fact. When my stuff was brought to my new home, and the contractors came to put my tv on the wall we discovered the tv is completely broken. It’s not even worth the fix that’s how bad it is. Now why would you do this?? Why would your guys so irresponsibly handle the most sensitive thing in moving and storage. I want tv reimbursed I’m not prepared to let this go. I will write to the Adjudicator if I have to. Not only did the tv have sentimental value but that you think that you can excuse yourself from liability by a useless clause. Take accountability for your actions.
Imagine having to beg a bank for money that belongs to your children? That’s right, that is ABSA TRUST services for you. My sons birthday came and went and they decided I was asking for too much of my sons money. I had to rush to cancel what I could for his birthday party. Unfortunately it was too late. I had to carry the cost on my credit card. My second son’s birthday is now coming, and for him I have managed to cancel most of the stuff planned for his themed party. Needless to say he has been crying everyday. DO NOT USE ABSA TRUST SERVICES. Do yourself a favour, if your will refers to a Trust, ensure that it has nothing to do with this appalling banking industry in South Africa. And definitely do not use ABSA. These trustees will decline things that they wouldn’t decline for their own children!
**** SOL DE JANEIRO PRODUCTS - purchased two Sol de janeiro 62 perfumes in June 2024. It has come to light that these products are counterfeit, they now magically pull all their products off the shelves and admit that there is an internal investigation BUT they are not willing to give people refunds, it is a KNOWN FACT that the products are ****. Investigate all you want, I will make sure that you are exposed for the ****mers and ****s that you are with poor business ethics! Manager Aphiwe is useless and will lie for the company to protect his paycheque. Shame on you!
Three months later still no homeloan outcome. Calls, emails, all prove to be a waste of time. Cannot wait to close my Nedbank accounts. Worst customer experience.

I cannot find work and find myself literally begging them to take a settlement value, despite me literally selling my house in attempt to climb out of financial ruin. I have not even taken R1 for myself. But no. Their response is that your settlement is rejected we prefer to ensure you remain unemployed and yet expect payment. I will not let this go I am going to shine a light on this company if it’s the last thing I do! I will go to every politician, court, regulator and adjudicator to show how debt collectors deliberately and intentionally contribute to unemployment, poverty and inequality.

I would not recommend anyone take credit with Truworths. If you pay even by R50 short in any given month you will be called 45 times a day!!!! I have been explaining the same rubbish to every agent and this harrassment is so shocking. I am closing this account this month and I wish one of these people would call me just one more time so I can go and open a case. This is criminal at this point!
To say I’ve had a bad experience with Telkom is an understatement. My application is sent for credit review despite me cancelling and paying up two contracts. 7days later and no one can provide answers about my contract application. The Telkom stores in cresta are of no help, they have no answers and the manager says “it is what it is, I have other applications that I’m also waiting on there’s nothing that we can do”.. I couldn’t even cancel all my my contracts because the systems were down! I absolutely hate this network. Terrible service delivery! Rather get contracts from Vodacom or Mtn.
I’m actually convinced this bank hates me. I received a fraudulent link a few days for a delivery fee to be paid. Since I have a delivery pending I assumed it was for this. I clicked on the link in a hurry and accepted. It deducted R170 from my account even though it said R16. Tried lodging a dispute a few minutes after thinking no delivery costs R170 and im told this takes 7days???? Do you not have any mercy on your people.. this is not the time to play with anyone’s livelihood. I do not have the money and I’d like to be refunded immediately. It’s my money and I need it. I can’t try to resolve with the merchant because the payment link takes me to a dating site that I’ve never seen before. Obviously this is fraud and a company must have sent me the link for the sole purpose of me approving the payment. Cancel this please! I just need my money
Its so sad that this is the only way to get a result out of fnb. Your phone lines are horrible as you hold forever and then people cant hear you on the other end. You use the chat and thats worse. I overpaid my loan accounts, i want to be reimbursed and i need payment letters immediately as this is holding up my home loan with another bank that is far less chaotic.
