Disappointed service and bad materials
I had a table set with chairs and bench made and I requested a 150 mm longer bench and table than standard size which resulted in a increase of build price. I was happy with the amount and confirmed collection date. On the morning of collection date I was informed that unit will only be ready for collection day and a half later. By collection the unit was not made available for inspection as it was stored in a corner with little light and was told to go and do payment by returning this was already loaded by arrival at home I noticed 2 longish cracks on table surface and about 6 tooth joints on the surface I did complain and sent photos as this was unacceptable. I was told they only use first grade wood, all the wood I saw at woodshops had no joints or cracks of 30 centimeters long. More than week later I had no feedback from the office and I was under impression they building a new table for me as per first phone call I was told if iam not happy with product within a month than they will replace it to learn later they not replacing the table or the bigger bench as I ordered. I was said to call the owner of the business if iam not happy. Meanwhile I received a sms from the boss by the name of Deon saying I mustn't threaten him to tell him I see on media other people also not happy with service so I called him to find the boss very disrespectful and shouted out call my supplier and tell him the wood is **** and he put the phone down. No customer respect and tell me bring back the table and when I worked on it you can come and fetch it again. After I told his office that iam going to seek assistance to sort this matter I received a email telling me about his legal rights but not one apology for the **** table top and letting the unit leave his factory in that condition.

They advertise Hassle-free claims
A two and half year battle with Telesure as they handles complaints for all the Insurance Companies under the Telesure umbrella as they undertake to review complaints with fair outcome which I can confess is not the case. With each complaint they make comments that matter was reviewed and sorted which is not true. No communication from them no response to documentation requested by me about outcome. In the past year I requested 3 times phone conversation with claims department with no success to find out later my request was blocked by Resolutions Department. Indecisive decisions made by that Department because of wrong information used as they received it from in house assessment center and they are not prepared to solve the problem instead they try to bully me into accepting a settlement not reflecting same items as I had and was well insured for as per inventory of items done by themselves 3 years ago by name and manufacturer value to make sure that I was covered good. Now a offer of 30% was made to me and my request was a summary how they got to the offer made. That request was also not submitted to me. All the comments I have made in the past was rep**** to as the correct Department are dealing with matter but till today nothing.

Had endless promises here on Hello Peter
For all the years I was insured with Budget with multiple vehicle and home contents cover I had to cancel my policy as I went through a battle of more than 2 years to get my home contents replaced with the same brand names and quality as well as same capacity items. I was well insured up to the quality items I had but they only offer entry level replacements. If you well insured you will only get 30% of that value the day you have a claim. If you request phone confirmation and fine print information those details will be denied. Communication during complaint process non exciting. You never find correct staff dealing with your complaint. This was my experience the past 28 months.
