Not to be trusted or supported.
I ordered 2 Rotary Mops from Snacher. The ones I ordered where good value for money. When they arrived, they where not even close to the quality they advertised. When I tried to phone, they do not take any phone calls. I told them I am not happy, but seeing that the only communication is through email, they now just flat out ignore me. They just sent me a mail saying that the one I ordered was not available, so they just supp**** any Junk they can. Joke is on me. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Late, late, and then some more.
19 minutes ago NEW I thought InterCape was bad, we where picked up by a EldoCoatch bus in Pretoria, stopped of at some very sketchy places. Dropped of at JHB Station, and told to wait. No explanation. Our trip was booked for 16H30, an we are now told our bus will only be here between 21H00 and 22H00. Worst of the lot....

Promises Not kept
My wife upgraded her one Vodacom line through Elite Mobile, after she wanted to cancel the line, and move it over to prepay. They made promises to keep my wife from canceling, and did not keep to them. They told me I could do a telephonic simswap, which does not work, and a R2000-00 Takealot voucher, which we never received. I phoned Vadacom to try to sort this out, and after being forwarded to 3 different places, I was put in touch with Elite Mobile. There I found the most unhelpful bunch of people ever. I have to wait 7 days for them to check that I am not lying, and then just except them fixing it. Not caring about the 2 months of service and 20GB of data I have lost. Also Siphiwe does not want to transfer me to his manager Sekia Gere. He says they cannot transfer calls, in a call center????? Also when I requested to be added as a CC on the mail, he tells me E-Mail is only Internal. They Stole from me, and thinks this is not a Bridge in contract. Yea Right. They have now caused Vodacom to lose all my Family support. Please take my advice. Do not deal with Any affiliates, deal direct, Especially if they are as sketchy as ELITE MOBILE

No trust from Spar after 21Years
Les Marais Spar. After buying from them for 21 Years, and Knowing most of the managers, this is what happened. Spar say they are a family store. LOL. Not on your life. I will do my utmost best to avoid Spar as far as possible from now on. My wife was at the store yesterday. She bought some stuff for the home. Her card payment went through, but the till timed out. She then redid the payment, and again the till timed out. The bank shows' the money went off both times, including on her statement. They made her leave the Groceries, and told her they will only refund/give the stuff once their Accounts department can verify this. They then treated her like a criminal, even after all our patronage. Worst Spar Ever.

No Service at all
They have no serves what so ever. I can not even get a line from them, as they are just not interested in you as a customer. Worst ISP in South Africa by far.

NO Help at all
I Enquired about an ID Document for my Daughter. The Bank(Gezina FNB) told me one thing, Phoning FNB, I got a different story, and then after they told me to make a booking with "Online Banking", I was told that FNB does not offer that service, only helps you PAY for it. It took me 3 days and a lot of phone calls only to be told - We don't do that. Even when the bank itself said they do.

Very poor service
I have ordered a Video Camera. The one i ordered was 16 X zoom, and looked nice. The one I recieved was only 10 X zoom, and looked cheap, and nothing like the advert. I sent a mail, and requested a replacement. asking that they make sure it is correct. They collected the wrong camera, And then sent me the very same wrong camera back. Now they do not answer their emails or calls. Worst after sales serves ever. even Wish is better. For SA stick to Takealot or Amazon --- NOT SNATCHER ---

Rain 5G premium is Great
I have bought a 5G rain system for my house. It was up and running in less than 3 hours after delivery, and even inside my house, I was getting 120MB/s plus. since i have moved it outside, I get 175MB/s to 350MB/s. Love It.
