Bad service
I have ordered triple deck for my kids in Soweto I at Lensia shop. However for delivery it pick my work adress which is far from the place. After I have 1h30 minute I check that the order is not getting delivered I then double check the adress which I have pick. It was my adress I then cancelled the order R532 gone because they had already started with order so why was not delivered at adresss if it was already started this is cheating

I had my insurance for a 2 month when I lost my phone. I log in into app and claim process the claim. It took them 1 hour to answer me with requirements paper that I need to submit.
