I went to total sports centurion mall 31 Jan 2024 @ 12:19 did payment with Markham card then I saw some sneakers I liked en wanted to buy them, they say no they can't help me my card is damaged I can't purchase those sneakers then I ask for my refund, they call their head office by the lady of Catherine she so rude, even in store Masesi was so negative when talking to customers. The service that we get from that store is so bad I will NEVER buy from that store anymore
people please be VERY careful about Iwyze insurance they are copy cat to other insurance (outsurance) i saw their adv on TV that if they can't beat my premium and insured more than 3 years without a claim they will pay R1750.00 that is FAKE. on the 10 June 2020 did a quote with Mbuso Langa ref10421555086 didn't beat my premium send copy of my schedule & NCB letter of insurance and bank details to claim that amount GUESS WHAT!!! today 18/06/2020 still waiting for respond from Iwyze. thier adv is fake they won't pay you don't border your self to waste time for quotation with them. if you want i can attache my schedule en their quote to prove them wrong

my name is Jan Orphney Bogopa in 2012/06/04 i took a policy with Assupol (CORNERSTONE) for my parents MR & Mrs Bogopa paying full premiums til to date. I have copy of the contract i signed with Eldorah stating clear that i covered both parents its a policy for pensioners. In 2019 Feb i called Assupol Life to review my policies i was transfer to Cornerstone i spoke to Suzan Bangala told me that my father is not covered after paying premiums for 7 years, she told me to open another policy i told her that the contract state clearly that Mrs Bogopa is the main member and Mr Bogopa is covered under spouse i'm so disappointed with the incompitant consultant of assupol i spoke to, i ask to speak to Mr Isrom Kgapola up to today no feedback was given to me about the policy, I WILL TELL PEOPLE NEVER TO JOIN ASSUPOL THE ARE FAKE to the poor community out there, you must stop giving wrong & false advice to peoplei'm in proccess of cancelling the policy and i want my full premiums from 2012 to date
i open an acc Markham silverton branch pretoria in March 2017 to my suprise they added club magazine of which i never received any magazine and i didn't take that option to get magazine every month. On the 19/12/2017 i called ********** 576 spoke to ashika REF: RM103988 to arrange a refund en to remove the option, i called again 26/01/2017 and again 2017/02/07 spoke to criselda with no luck from her she gave me marketing manager'sno ********** 506 NICOLE phone keep on ringing the hole day,, will i ever get my refund, the service is so BAD with TFG i'm going to close this acc because of poor service, JUST PAY MY REFUND
