Theft and incorrect information given
I had Pawned an laptop and extended the loan before i miss payments and all this is confirmed via the credit whatsapp conversation with the store. They did not update their system with my extension and they sold my laptop supposedly. Furthermore the laptop was in a bag with multiple contents of which i had told the lady assisting me that i will come back for those as they are not part of the agreement. Those items have disappeared and nobody seems to know where they went. I have been calling Cash Crusaders Amanzimtoti for days and I keep speaking to different people telling to call tomorrow. A gentleman by the name of Elijah claims he is from head office but there is still no progress and he is not answering my texts or phobe calls either

Unprofessional Staff.
I was at McDonalds Berra where they got my order totally wrong, as they had no mustard. The lady refused me a refund and I heard the guy making the burger in the background give him an extra patty if he doesn’t like it he must go. I have sent multiple emails but still do not have the matter resolved

Rude and provocative handling
I am extremely unhappy with the service I just received for a lady by the name of Sbongile if I’m not mistaken at Telkom Galleria Throughout the whole enquiry and conversation she insisted on not letting me ask the questions I needed answered and calling me stubborn stating that it will not help me get anywhere

Fraudulent Company! Beware
They never returned any calls and email addresses seem to not exist, I submitted a claim for my device but now it is showing as a defaulted payment and appearing negatively on my credit score

Horrible Crunch Sliders
Is there a way to post pictures?! I received the worst “Sliders” from KFC Umlazi ever. Lettuce was soggy and the “Bun” was dry, it was a take away order and the restaurant is far!

Staff Stealing
I had my bag stolen on Friday night. I have been visiting the information box on the third floor for 2 Days. They keep telling me they cannot help me until a lady by the name of “Yolanda” gets back from leave after the 10th of March. Therefore, they cannot tell me anything about the “Lost and Found” nor can footage be reviewed. I am taking this up and opening a case due to incompetent staff members, will be there with my lawyers this week! Thank You

Horrible Treatment. Spar Florida Road
I just had a horrible experience at Holdens SPAR Florida Road! The manager sends another patron to the till as I’m sorting out payment. The lady then realizes that I’m still paying and turns back. The manager then proceeds to call me crazy and that I’m wasting my time. He then proceeded to tell her to void my items!

Horrible call centre agents
<p>On the 2nd of December 2016 at 00:18 I was treated very badly by on of your call centre agents, I do not remember his name but since you claim to record these calls, I called using the number ********** 303. It's shouldn't be hard to track down the person responsible for an overall rude tone and dropping of a call whilst I was still asking for help! </p>

6 months Guarantee?
<p>I bought a Twisp Edge 2 weeks ago, the R1000 special with the 2 flavours at Gateway. It is now giving me problem as it tastes bitter and burnt and I am getting a chemical taste in my mouth, I would like to resolve this issue immediately </p>
