The team is always willing to assist where possible, we have had some harder times and we have been able to turn the complex around with the help of George Rennie, there are harder times and easier times but if trustees put in the work and find a effective way for communication with George Rennie things run smoothly. The George Rennie staff show extensive knowledge the staff show experience and if they are not sure they will gladly admit to it and they will try and work through the issue accordingly. Some time and patience is needed with certain issues.
I had a heat tech geyser installed by plumbers in 2016, in 2021 November the 2nd my geyser burst and i contacted heat tech they sent plumbers and did the installation. Now less than a year later my geyser is not heating up and when i call heat tech they tell me that the new geyser warrantee follows the old geysers warrantee dates, WHICH IS WRONG ITS A WHOLE NEW GEYSER !!!!! if they cant not have confidence to provide a new warrantee for the new geyser clearly then they do not have any confidence in their own products to even make it past a year!!! Might i add that they never even notified me of the terms and conditions of the warrantee for this so called new replacement geyser! When i asked to speak to a manager twice i was on hold for 10 minutes with no answer, this is additionally pathetic service from the call centers!!
<p>Purchased a 1kg snowflake self raising bag of flour and when using the product it didn't raise when I contacted the number on the packaging they apologised and said they would give an e-voucher it has been 2 weeks I have called 3 different times and each time the same promise is made with a new reference and they never get back to me. I find this very rude bad service to offer the customer an e-voucher and not follow through with it and on one occasion I called the guy told me they didn't provide and information and still nothing even from him. </p>
