A few days ago my life insurance payment bounced back, and I made a payment manually. On 2 March, I transferred the required amount into the FNB Life Insurance account together with the payment for my funeral policy. However, I am very disappointed that although the payments were made, the manual transfer for the life policy does not appear to have been acknowledged. Today, the life policy premium was deducted from my account again, which means I have now been charged twice for the same policy. I do not understand why customers are given the option to make a manual transfer if the payment is not properly tracked or allocated. This has resulted in money being deducted from my account again despite the payment already being made. This situation is unfair, and I cannot afford to pay the life cover twice. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that the duplicate deduction be refunded as soon as possible. I want my money back
I don't understand why I am receiving smses that Ihave been handed over to date as I have always left money in my account yet it was never deducted, I'm not going to pay my money into any attorneys account. I don't have an agreement with them but Fnb Send me the account details to pay the amount I owe for the loan. I'll gladly do that. How on earth do you handover an account thats 100% operational and I receive my salary in the account

Good day I took out a temp loan last year December and money was supposed to be deducted each time my account had money, reported it around the 8th January 2025 that no activity is going on in my account and I ended up using the funds I had. Money was due yesterday, I currently have nothing and today I woke up to smses being told of legal proceedings. I wanted to pay my money on time however FNB failed to deduct the funds and now they putting the blame on me, I will only have funds month end and I won't be able to pay it all at once so please bear with me
