Rentoza no service
Rentoza is quickly to take your money but no after service. Ive made payment on the 23-08-2024 signed documents and about a week ago they send me the waybill yesterday got an query no parcel and from courier guy cancelled. On the phone with courier guy they did not collect anything because there was nothing to collected thats why they cancelled the order. With that they send me on whatsapp i must talk to Rentoza about this. So from short its almost over a month still did not receive my package and quess what no repsonse from rentoza. My advice is don't use rentoza you will never receive your product from them

Anglo debt Assessors
These people are *****sters and needs to close their business. They put you on debt review without you're consent and without any paper work that you need to sign. And if you try to get in touch with them good luck no response or getting any response on their emails. They are the worst company ever. Reported them at ncr too

Rentoza not getting any answers
Ive app**** for a phone today threw rentoza send everything threw and got an email my application is declined so i ask them why is my application declined and they cant tell me why its declined. Will not recommend rentoza to anyone because they cant tell you why is your application declined. I will not use their service again

Creditworth no service at all
Dont make use of this company when you apply for a loan they never come back to you with a answer and you dont get hold of them nor are they replying to your emails. The worst service i have ever received

Webafrica do not support them
Will never recommend webafrica as your service provider. Their service is up to ********. Friday 27th of January ive applied for the service and told them i have already an fibre line with rooter. Saturday the 28th i have received an email i need to pay R249 for my rooter to be deliverd. Phone them told them i have an rooter the lady on the phone told me no problem ignore the email there is a note that says i have my own rooter. So today ive spoken to them everything is fine they told me the next step is waiting for openserve to activate the line and then one of their technical team will phone me to configure my rooter. About 5 min back received an email again i owe them R249 for a rooter. Well there is it these people are not very smart and did not finish school. Phoned them again and this time they told me my account got cancel because of the payment of R249 was not paid. So why do i have to pay for a rooter if i have one. Dont even bother to phone them or deal with them. Because this is one company that i will not refer anyone to

Axxess the worst fibre providers
Got new fibre from axxess got it after the 1st of this month. So we decided to make use of their services so it was all fun and games till this morning when my wifi started to show connected without internet. So they got an whatsapp line so ive send my querry to them to ask what is wrong with my line or is there somewhere a problem on their side so 30 minutes later no response on their whatsapp. So ive logged in to their app logged a ticket with support and they send me back my account is outstanding of R230 and that they suspended my line. So phoned the support team and ask how they can suspend my line without email regarding an outstanding amount. So with no luck they told me i can phone only tomorrow to accounts so that they can sort this out for me. Because my date for debit is the end of the month who gets pay on the 23rd of a month so why do they not send an email or message to say hey you owe this amount please pay or make arrangements but no they only cut your line and say nothing back. The worst service is this guys dont have any customer services nor to sort out any problems that you have so now i am without internet for the whole day and can only sort this mess out tomorrow. So i will not be using or recommend using this service providers because you will have problems from day 1 with them.

Afrihost no service
Got fibre line with afrihost the problem is they cut my line on the 5th of January 2022 so they suspended my line under my knowledge you have time untill the 7th of each month to pay your accounts. So they suspended my line ive gone to the bank and paid over eft my account with them send them proof of payment and its the 6th today almost 6 at night and my account still suspended so my question is you cut my line and ive made payment send the proof too and my account still suspended. With numerous emails to accounts even send support an email nobody comes back to me with a sullution now i cant do my work from home because afrihost service team is to busy not doing their jobs and activate my line so that i can do my work again. So why do i have to pay for something that i dont use on this stage. Please dont choose afrihost as your fibre sollution

Openserve no service at all
Ive applied for fibre they send me to openserve for installation waited a few days got an phone call from openserve last week Friday the lady ask me if its fine if they send their technician out on Saturday to install my line. So i said its fine ive canceled all my plans for that day so that whole day no one showed up not even an message to say they are not going to come today with several emails no one is sending any reply back. Will not recommend to use opemserve to install anything at your home because you will be disappointed at their service

Webafrica scammers
Please do not make use of Webafrica they are useless and does not have customer care service. Ive applied for a installation with them and fast fast the rooter was deliverd to my door was waiting for installation they did it on a friday morning and told me my line will be active in 24 to 48hrs on Teusday my line still not active they send out an technician he fixed the line and quess what was using it for 3 days. My line was off on Saturday morning and its Monday with many phone calls still not fixed still without wifi this morning they send me an message im owing them R956 for something i used 3 days for and with no service. You guys just want to make money and no service. When you complain and tell them to remove their **** then they send you bills for the quipment of R1800 that you need to pay. Beware of these guys they advertise the rooter and installation is free but its not. Do not make use of webafrica you will get more problems. I am looking for an other service provider that will help without any problems
