On 9 November 2023 I placed an online order for three items, on 10 November it was delivered. Upon open the Builders Vanity Cabinet Combo - White (550mm) on 13 November 2023 for install it waas noted that the *****s and hinges was not in the pack. I called head office and lines are down, on 14 November I spoke to Palesa from Kempton park and she advised she would call back to have the necessary delivered. I never received a call back, I have tried calling this morning again and after 30 mins of holding on I put down as its absolutely pathetic. Now my contractor is held up and cannot complete the install.
Be very careful of this dealership, purchased a vehicle from them, done maybe 200km if even in the vehicle and vehicle overheated and won't start, agreed with salesman that the vehicle will be checked by there mechanic and we had vehicle towed in, on arrival they refused to take vehicle in for assessment, under the CPA we have an implied warranty against defect on this vehicle and it is now been said that their sales agreement overrides the CPA, the issue at hand on this vehicle is not wear and tear related and thus is a latent defect.. Be very careful, needless to say, we will take the matter further.
I installed their Beame product via my insurance, which was sold on month to month, I sold my vehicles in April 2021 already and called to cancel both vehicles and emailed, on vehicle was cancelled and one not, I have done follow up calls and emails from April 2021 to date and they not canceling. Today I get a cancellation settlement of R900+, and I refuse to pay for this as I have sold the vehicle in April 2021, I have offered to pay 50% of the offer to close the account, yet everyone at Mix telematics is so greedy they refuse to do so even though they haven't provided me a service since April 2021. If my offer is not accepted I will take the matter further legally, as I will not be bullied by incompetence and total disregard for client services. Don't take on these people's product through insurance, or at all for that matter
Never in my life will i buy a samsung product, they got no after sales care and total disregard for consumer. Logged a call 5/10/2021 for TV that stopped working which was a year old, only came out 11/10/2021 and no repair conducted. As per technician tv to be exchanged as no parts available, i have this report on hand, now i am being shunted from pillar to post to get the the authorisation to be provided to Hirschs to exchange my TV, one person even said i must wait a further 7 DAYS!!!!!! NEVER WILL I USE SAMSUNG AGAIN
On Tuesday 05/10/2021 opened a support request for my 58" TV thats cylcling on and off and not working, was told 48 hours to send out technician, today is 96 hours and i am being told they will only come out 11/10/2021 if available. Whats the point of samsung backing their products if this is the service we get. The TV is in my lounge and not useable, this is pathetic
I receive a coupon code, place my order, apply coupon amount payable R123.50, get notification driver near by I see now the amount payable is R173.50, my coupon epic120 just disappeared. Ask support for help as other people ordered with me and say they not our problem goodbye. Most pathetic **** ever, ubereats would of credited back the coupon. All good deleting Mr D and will rather use another platform that cares for its clients and doesn't focus on bait marketing
King price claims department is pathetic, you pay for optional extras and they cannot even complete a courtesy vehicle efficiently, my vehicle is being booked in tomorrow morning for repairs and still no reaervation, truly pathetic, think i should start shopping for alternative insurance
I phoned Bracken City Monday 28 September 2020 to enquire about a transformer for my light, at the same time I asked about price on a full DB box and was quoted R1200. Today 03/10/2020 I called to confirm availability to collect and was confirmed that there is stock and that the box is R1200. Shortly after I called Stoneridge to confirm stock as the closer and they said the price is not right they contacting Bracken city. I was then contacted by Bracken city to be told hey I don't know who gave the price but it's R2050, after all the excuses and etc, after getting quoted R1200 by two different people, I will go to leroy merlin and buy a setup for R899. My pool needed to be rematbelited and all, I was going to use pool team, but never again will I set a foot in pool team. Pathetic
I don't know why I do this with King Price, everytime I do a policy change it ends up in a hello Peter review to get this matter resolved. I have been trying since 10am today to effect changes on my policy from a quote yesterday and I am still waiting for Timothy from retention to call, I have called in 3 times already. One vehicle is being sold tonight and other collected tomorrow and I am yet to sort the insurance. Frustrating
My wife opened an account last week already, its now a week later and verification is still not done. We missed the product that was on special because of this. They say 24 to 48 hrs for verification and this is not the case. Its pathetic, dont use them.
