Onedealaday is not worth your money. Save yourself!
Everything is shocking about them. The quality of products are very low... false advertising of 4G/5G cameras and then the cameras cannot take a sim card and then I have to pay for the courier cost after weeks of negotiations just to take them back... very very very disappointing. Took ages for products to arrive, had to follow up many times regarding arrival...

Selling goods when they dont have stock
Bought pin boards online. Now they dont have stock. Many stories on why they would sell items if they dont have stock. Will only deliver when they have stock... seems like the earliest is within a month and a half from date of order... but they dont even want to commit to that!

Do not buy from Mr Shopper - You are warned
Bought a printer in 2020. Many promises later, no refund, no printer. One has to phone a few dozen times to get through to the call centre. Do not buy from them.

Have phoned retention team over 30 times in 7 months... still no joy for deal match
Vodacom retention team in Midrand is shocking. I have spoken to MANY team leaders and consultants since February. Many dealmatch promises that's STILL not activated. Have overpaid on my account because of dropped ***** in excess of R7000! Dealmatched that I have agreed to not activated and then roll over to new month, have to phone again. Team leaders don't call back. I have actually accepted a deal worse than what Telkom was offering me and still no activated. Promises of listening to call recordings and then feedback - nothing. This cannot be called a retention centre, it is the surest way to keep on losing customers.

Nortan damaged baby grand piano badly when moving
<p>Nortan seemed very caring and professional when contacted, little did I know that they would break the lid off my baby grand, not wrap it properly with their ropes damaging the brand new varnish.</p> <p> </p> <p>Admitting fault very quickly (I thought impressive), there then came issues with the fine print, especially after I sent them a quote for an attempt to repair (the piano is so badly damaged, it will never be the inheritance piece it was supposed to be).</p> <p> </p> <p>They made an offer of R4500 to fix it... which is nothing compared to the cost of fixing... and now they are not answering my calls or emails...</p>
