Good Day I place an order via uber eats. I tried calling the store 10 times with no response to give them instructions of my order cos the last I ordered and put intructions on ubereats they suggested I call cos they dont see Ubereats instructions. Good Day I have been using standard bank for years, and been happy with the service. I woke up to a surprise of honouring fees, a lot of them and I don't understand. All the money in my account is now going to standarbank for fees.
Good Day My daughter sent a request to withdrew all the money in March. Even today on May she is still waiting for the money. When she call she get to be told she did not complete the form correctly. How will she know if you don't tell her. Would someone please attend to her request as he calling Fairheads is not working. She was last told the money will be in her account on the 15th on May. Nothing yet and no communication.

Good Day My question is does Fairheads only pay when one has logged a complaint? My daughter sent an email asking for money on the 21st February 2025. Friday the 14th of March my daughter called Fairheads to follow up her request. She got promised that someone will call her on friday but no one called her. Good Day Not happy with the service at all. On the 7th January 2025 my daughter sent an email to Fairheads on how she would like to receive money every month since she doesn't want to withdraw the lump sum.- No action from Fairheads today on the 7th February 2025. On the 14th she was suppose to register at the university an she was told to use her own money and she will get the money after 10 to 15 days. Still nothing On the 17th she sent another email requesting for money. Still nothing. Seeing the pace of how faireheads operates she decided to request for more money on the 3rd February since all her request are taking forever. Mulisa Nembahe 078 789 0724
