Unable to make an online payment for monthly subscription on the Kwese website - have notified call centre but no correction for 3 days - Netflix subscription has been switched off in the meantime.
<p>Be very wary of DirectAxis - they administered a personal loan I took out with sanlam in 2014. On requesting an early settlement figure yesterday I was shocked to find out that there was no reduction in the "Contract Amount" for early settlement. In other words, if I settle the loan now or carry on with my monthly installements for the next 5 months, I will still end up paying the same amount so there is no benefit in settling early - absolute daylight robbery.... </p>
