I called to place an order at 18:10 and was told that the food will be ready in 20 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later I received the pizza and was told that my pasta was not ready yet and while I was waiting for my pasta the pizza was getting cold and still had to wait another 10 minutes for my pasta. Total time I waited was an hour and 20 minutes while my wife and 1 year old son was waiting in the car. When I got home I realized that they did not give my cold drink. The lasagne that we had waited so long for I would rate 5/10. I'm very disappointed in the service and quality of food received tonight.
I am so disgusted with the incompetent service received from Huawei melrose arch I took my phone in for repairs 2 weeks ago. It was on a Friday. They said they will send me an email with the quote of the phone but to fix the screen they're running a special for R699 By the next week Friday, still no quote. I called the call centre the guy said that he sees that there is a quote but he will send it to me Friday or Saturday. Saturday still nothing. So Monday I phoned a different consultant and they sent the quote. I replied immediately with proof of payment and paid. The lady replied with another email address that I must send the proof of payment to. I sent it. Oh and then the quote I got in store was so misleading because they didn't add labour and VAT so the quote came up to almost R1 200. 2 days later (Wednesday) I get a call from the call centre the guy who deals with escalations asking if I still want them to fix my phone because I didn't pay. I told them I sent the proof of payment 2 days ago. He me to send it again this is now the 3rd time. And then it's the same email address of the second time. He said that my phone will be ready by close of business Thursday so I can fetch my phone Friday morning. I told him that I'm not going to drive all the way for nothing he must please let me know when the phone is ready. Friday morning I called and he said there's no feedback. I asked him to call before 12 because there will be load shedding until 4 and no cell service. He never phoned. When I phoned at 4pm the consultant said I can't be transferred to him because he's on another call but my phone will be ready Monday. This is disgusting service I will never buy Huawei ever again.
<p>I took out a contract with Cell C and also took insurance. I lost my phone on the 27/05/17 and I am still without a phone. When my phone went missing, I filled in and submitted the application forms for the insurance. After no response from cell c after 3 days I called and they referred me to C surance. I continuously called the insurance company with no response, the phones just rang for up to 45 minutes and then the call is dropped. I went to the cell c Westgate branch where they said they could not get hold of the insurance either. After calling after the manager many a times, my claim was approved after 21 days . On Monday 26 May I paid the excess fee and submitted the proof of payment to the Westgate branch. I was told that I was going to get feedback from the insurance company within 3 days, it's been a week now and still no update or phone. Everytime I call and ask the manager for feedback or to call me back, he doesn't and I still have to waste my airtime, petrol and energy to get updates. I had to buy a new phone just to put my sim card in for the meantime. Cell c still has the nerve to debit the money and insurance fee from my account without me having my phone. I truly regret doing business with them. </p>
<p>I scheduled a photo shoot with dual reflexion for Sunday 28 May with my family and of the morning of the photo shoot when I was almost there I called to confirm that I was on my way. I spoke to Naledi on the phone and she said that I was booked to do the photo shoot alone. I explained to her that we were already on our way and that I confirmed with Nomatter, the girl who booked the photo shoot, that I will be bringing 3 people with. She (Naledi) said that even if my family comes, the photographer will only attend to me. I am extremely disappointed because we waisted time and money to do our hair, nails and get outfits for the photo shoot. We had to turn around and go home all the way back to groblers Park. I did a photo shoot with dual reflexion in 2009 and received great service. I don't know what happened this time. </p>
