Bad Billing from Glocell
<p>I’ve been a loyal customer of Altech Autopage since 1992. I took out a Cell C Smart 2GB capped data contract (074 897 ****) out in January 2013 and upgraded the contract beginning of 2015 . Since then I never paid more than R99/month until end of May 2016 for June I received an invoice from Glo Cell for R18730.50. When I was trying to sort this problem out they told me that my data contact is an open contact and that I need to pay the outstanding amount.(I WILL NOT PAY THIS AMOUNT) Glocell cant even provide me with my contract and they said I need to contact Altech Autopage (which is not possible anymore)</p>
