Been a customer for more than 5 years. Used to provide a decent service. Current service is extremely poor. Continuous dropping of internet service up to 4 or 5 hours per day. Towers always down during loadshedding and then the service is not restored after loadshedding. Tryed to blame me for errors even though I don't get loadshedding. Technical support is beyond usless. Same excuses every time. Or don't bother to reply at all. They provide a poor service but happily take their full monthly payment on time every month. I should delay payment and tell them it's a technical error caused by loadshedding.
Safarinow very very quick to deduct funds when making booking, however very to difficult to recieve refund when canceling a booking. Have sent multiple emails regarding refund of deposit made and absolutely no response. Unable to speak directly to staff as phone lines inoperable. This is very unprofessional service. Have used them multiple times in the past. Will definitely not use them again.
<p>Just returned from a trip to the Kruger National Park. Rented vehicles from Dollar Thrifty rentals at OR Tambo Int airport. Recieved excellent service from the initial online booking right through to the pick-up and drop- off of the vehicles. Deposit returned within 10 working days as promised. Bravo Zulu the the Thrifty staff.</p>
