Never ever before this low a sevice level. 40 days no parcel. Custermer Care on hold for over an hr. First messsge tells you 27 minutes hold time, 20 minutes later you still being told 20 minutes. 36 minutes later call is blocked. You are absolutely blocked.
This is a "goodbye" post to Nikon, its been a looong relationship, but sadly your backing of product has changed. My Nikon Monarch 5 binoculars eye piece came off again, its a design flaw and Nikon know of this - so does pretty much any Nikon Binno user that actually uses his binno's regularly. It use to be, call it in, send it in and it was returned fixed. Now ? R270 to inspect R219 to repair and that's after fighting. So R600 to repair an item under warranty. Not the way it used to be. Ok ! - to be fair I did loose the slip but its still a Nikon product whether I have the slip or not ? I have the box it came in, I have the warranty slip and serial number on it, when is it not a Nikon product anymore - when you loose the slip ? Anycase Burris, Lynx and Vortex have not yet ever done anything less than "sorry" and fix the problem. I think I speak from a good stand point, I have about 16 binno's and scopes in total. All I want is a not try get out of it warranty if something should go wrong - stand behind your product, its not a wear and tear item, it should last for almost ever. Oh ! and get rid of those stupid idea ***** in ***** out eyepieces, they break, they a bad idea. Technician Lorence, thanks for everything, you are an asset to your company and were a pleasure to deal with. Bye bye Nikon, was good while it lasted.
What a lovely shop, the young lady behind counter is just absolutely always trying to help, be of better service. Everything looks so good fresh and appealing.
Today after 4 or 5 visits with no purchase, just inquiring I finally bought the De'Longhi Magnifica EVO Automatic Coffee Machine - Bean to cup. I must say that for a customer that came in 4 x with same questions and fears the staff were absolutely patient and kind. I dealt with a guy named Chad who was beyond willing and two Indian lady's who were just so patient and understanding that I actually hugged the one after paying. I was really REALLY scared of buying/spending this much on something I would regret later. Every question was answered and fears either confirmed or explained honestly - cause I did not like some answers. I actually feel I made 2 friends today. I hope the owners of Kloppers read this. What wonderful, efficient, well informed staff you have - if they can't get a raise they at least deserve a Bells.
I wrote a review about being hounded by Truworth debt collector's, I do not even have a account. I have phoned, messaged and gone into the store to state that I do not have an account I am not MR Mizani - That I was tired of been woken, messaged and interrupted. Truworths responded that they would contact me - Zero - zilch, nothing. It starts now, going to make sure Truworths hurts like I do when woken from a lunchtime week end nap by Truworths debt collectors.
For the past 3 months I have been receiving calls about my Truworths account being in arrears. SMS after sms after call after call. I have told them all this number is not Mr Mnisi cell number, but they keep calling. I have been to Truworths and phoned Truworths and still I am harassed. So heres the deal - I have done this before. I will now visit a Truworths for every call I get, one finger will have axil grease on it, one finger can spread over 12 - 15 garments( I know because I have done this before - same reasons) Stop harassing me 2 - 3 times a day - I do not have a Truworths account. I have tried to do this nicely 20 x times already. Truworths may PM me. Other than that ----------------------lets play

I bought a 2.5 Diesel bakkie from these guys, and it after very quickly became apparent that they were not going to make money on this vehicle. A fault occurred shortly after purchase which lead to the discovery of a problem that created a problem that ended up costing a small fortune. It ended up being 5 things in total. I just knew the promises and delaying tactics that would be used and how in the end it would become my problem. GUESS WHAT - NOT SO It took nearly 3 months to source the part, and get the problem fixed sequence of events (10 year old vehicle), but it was done, no stories no delays - just done. Ordered wait, got a call wait, got a progress call - you can collect Dave. The vehicle was mine to use all the time - and I only lost use of vehicle for about a week. Dynamic Cars really stood by me, and really did not shy away or try shift cost. NOT ONCE. I felt so bad for them having such bad luck,I said sorry to owner of Dynamic Cars and he replied " no worries Dave, you win some you lose some - I long as I have not lost you as a customer " I can not state how brilliant it was to deal with a honest car salesman, I am just so so SO impressed - not once did they try wiggle out of the costs, just DO IT RIGHT> Thank You Louis Dave Allen 0824141818
I write again, same as last time- really a bunch of try as hard as they can guys. A very busy industry with a job that takes time, hard to please everyone, but they really do try in every way.
