Incompetence to a new degree

<p>The managing agent for our complex seem to think that Inkwe can fix everything, from plumbing to burst geysers, to painting. A new low is that they came to put wooden floors in my unit because mine was damaged due to a burst geyser.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a complete joke, first it took four guys three days to put floors in an area that took my original installer two day ON HIS OWN!!!  Secondly, after they left I saw so many mistakes and contacted the company to come in and fix these problems. They came in and still my floors looked awefull. Now not even 5 months later my floors look like they were installed by a five year old!</p> <p>We contacted them again with photos of how the floor is separating and sagging and the joints are pulling apart, just to be told that the floors are not level and that is why ist is happening. Why was this not the case with the forst time it was installed by a reputable installer???? We also complained that the flooring is of an inferiour quality compared to what was in my unit before, just to be told they nolonger sell the ones we had at CTM....what *****nse. I don't mind a different colour as longas they check with me and give me a good quality product.</p> <p>The took two days to "fix" the problems, left my house sooo dirty and STILL gaps between the wooden pieces and sagging parts. No propper installer, no one supervising the workers at my house. I am FURIOUS~!!!  </p>
