We were celebrating my Aunty's 70th birthday. The service was extremely slow as they only allocated one waiter to serve all 30 of us (His name-Mlu, who had a good attitude but just could not cope). On enquiring with Sbo Khwela who is suppose to be the manager why one waiter was allocated to us, he was very rude, more interested in arguing than listening and resolving the matter. I am just wondering if he, as a MANAGER, treats all clients like that! No care in the world about the issue presented to him, only concerned about telling us we keep getting up for speeches and my question is in such a confined space only 2 or 3 people are up at the same time, why is that even an issue at a birthday celebration except that he was running away from the fact that he did not want to allocate us another waiter n that's that. Mlu worked tirelessly on his own until the end and the manager did not care to resolve the matter. Why accept big groups if you can't cope!? Why even have a rude manager who can't resolve issues, who doesn't care about the reputation of the brand. No courtesy whatsoever!?! My sister went to deliver her baby via a cesarean, delivered middle of the night n within 7 hours of coming back from theatre the nurses are expecting not to ask for help when she needs something. She is told to get up n just walk n help herself otherwise how will she learn . This is pure laziness on the part of the nurses, very inconsiderate n showing no care for the new mom who is also a first time mother. This is really absurd!. This kind of treatment is prevalent in govt hospitals n now we find it in a hospitals that will charge us an arm n a leg., then you ask me why would i bother myself paying for no service n care??? Who in their right mind lets someone who has just been operated find their own way in doing things
Did eft & incorrect account was credited. I called 0860102043 and Mpho is the agent i dealt with. IMpho contacted account holder immediately to request for permission to recall the R350 & account holder was consented. The funds were recalled but still have not reached me. I was promised 24 hours on the 20th April n today is the 20th May still no word no funds. On following up with Capitec after a 2 weeks wait, i held on the phone for 38 minutes and was still promised the world. It has been a month today and it is a seriously huge shame for such a big bank to treat it ms clients in this disgusting manner. Today i called again n held on for 14 mins for a manager called Dilne who the agent(Sonic) was battling to get through to. Why?!? Why does Capitec treats its clients like they have no value?? I need my R350 back. I was charged for a recall and I have had to pay so much for phone calls, never mind the time I have spent on the phone with frustrated as hell
I went to the Pavillion Debonairs to purchase a cram decker pizza. It was meant to be a take away but we decided to take a seat and have a slice. Just a bite or two was terrible as the crust was burnt, more like a texture of a cracker so i took the pizza to the manager, instead of apologising she made excuses citing that some people like it like that but she will make another one. I broke the crust with my fingers infront of her so she could hear the cracking sound n told her a Pizza crust is definitely not meant to be like that. I have been buying pizzas from Debonairs for over 2 decades why she thinks as customers we don't know when a pizza is burnt, i don't know. Being defensive was totally unnecessary especially if you know you will still waste my time as I have to now wait for another one. Secondly, instead of a proper cheese griller that we are accustomed we are now getting a Cheese Vienna...whyyy??? We are still paying the same price
I was extremely disappointed & annoyed I bought two roseretie chickens for dinner last night at the Glenwood branch, i drive home in Pinetown & we started having dinner only at 8pm only to find that one of the chickens was off..i mean like reaallllyy...Woolies of all places...i was disgusted & worse of all some of my family members never had supper
Old Mutual dont care any more. Poorest service I have ever experienced in my life. After 21 years of being with Old Mutual i am so fed up. The service in the branches & client services is absurd. Lockdown is being used as an excuse. I stand outside the Pinetown pinewalk branch for over 30minutes and there is people exiting the branch, 3 clients exit at various intervals and the most unfriendly door lady who also happens to be a cleaner who seemingly has been given authority to determine when she can let clients in, keeps closing the door on me and locking me out. I am the only one standing in the cold outside the branch. Despite 3 clients having left the branch she intentionally closes the door on me until i call another branch and the lady then calls someone at pinewalk on the cellphone and only then she let's me down. This is not the first time I experience unfriendliness from this lady. How do you let someone with a bad attitude towards customers be the one to welcome clients?? What does this say about your professionalism as an institution. I dont even want to mention how many times I have tried calling the pinetown branch number and no one takes the calls and each time i dial the number it rings off the hook till the call cuts (031-3190920). Calling 0860604500 is also a nightmare. You hold on for more than 15 minutes then the call gets cut. In the past 3 months dealing with Old mutual has been a nightmare but when your debit order payment fails they are so quick to lapse your policy without even trying to understand your issue. You as a client must understand their challenges in regards to services us under Lockdown but they are not understanding the challenges we face trying to reach them I have been with them for 21 years but I am just a number, i mean nothing. I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE ANOTHER FINANCIAL PRODUCT WITH OLD MUTUAL EVER! NO CLIENT CENTRISM WHATSOEVER
Last year i booked flights for my family to go on holiday 7th December 2019 (Hubby &3kids)Then hubby dies that week. I have begged @FlyMangoSA to refund me for months they keep promising ¬ paying. It's stress & depression on top of another guys. The guy named Andile Dunga kept telling me they have refunded my ebucks account and when I asked for proof it's not forthcoming. I even sent him my ebucks statement to show that no money came into my account. This puzzles me because they had asked me to send my cheque account bank statement so they can refund me which I sent and now all of a sudden they claim it was refunded into my ebucks which again is false
Today I went to KFC Sarnia, wasted my time waiting in the drive-thru. The menu boards listed the twister meal for R54.90, when i get to the cashier, he wants to charge me R57.90. He says there is nothing he can do as on the system it is priced as such, he called the manager and told me i rather not buy because they cant charge me what it is advertised. I found this so annoying, wasting my petrol n my time only to be told i must pay the wrong price. I had to drive another 7km to mcdonalds. Why put one price on the menu n want to charge a higher price at tillpoint n you are not apologetic about n you n simply say i would rather not buy! Listen i have been a customer for 23 yrs n never experienced this nonsense
Zero Rating. I placed an order for a headboard and pedestals costing R18400 paid R9200 last year June 2017, which was suppose to be ready in 8 weeks and it is now July 2018 I am still waiting for my furniture this was suppose to be for my wedding and imagine the embarrassment of a no show! so my traditional wedding was missing the integral part of the actual event. Marco cares less about our complaints and plea for refunds. he just does not care. I curse the day I listened to the African lady who is at the little corner showroom who works for them to deceive us about their rubbish business. if you look at people that have complained about these guys are mostly of the same race so the writing is on the wall. he simply takes our monies and ignore our orders and prioritize other people. I want my money back, i have furnished you with my details but you cant afford to pay me back, what kind of business is this? beginning of June he again, promised me another 3 weeks and we are now going for August and NO NEWS!!! Get ready brother because I am sick and tired of being fooled by you
