Reap what you sow
I have been a participant of SNAPnSAVE for some years now and only to have to constantly follow up on payouts the last year. The last pay out request was done in June 2024 and have sent numerous mails following up and still no payout, only the same response each time. Please do not issue me with a similar response to those provided to others, about how long he/she has been a member and how much they have been paid out. You cannot simply choose when you wish to pay out customers, it is still our time and effort that we are putting into your business, which sort of resembles of that of an employer/employee effort. You get paid for your effort. Besides the cash out request made in June I still have an accumulated balance in the app, which I have null and void as I have since uninstalled the app.

Snap n save - Stay away needs to be shut down
I have being using the app for sometime now and accumulated a reasonable cash back. I then cashed it in, after a month of not receiving I sent a message on the app and had no response. The next week same thing sent another message. Eventually after 3 messages I noticed a message under the FAQ's that since 1st Sept cash out's are not able to be processed due to the app needing to be updated. It's almost four months later and this app is still not updated. There is no other way of contacting them, no landline or email, only the message section on the app which they clearly ignore. Clearly we are doing the work for you to earn a income from this, but you are not giving back to your customers.

So frustrated
I have phoned the call centre upon 3 occasions to request that my monthly debit order be reduced as I am in the final stage of my pregnancy and instead of cancelling my gym membership I wish to have it frozen/reduced which they indicated would be reduced by 20% only starting the month of Nov. Nov, Dec and now January they have continued to debit me the full amount. I have being a loyal customer for over 8 years and have now reached the stage of complete irratation. Never mind the fact that they have the facility to request to be contacted on their site yet nobody ever does

Looked high and low for these shoes and was pleased not only by the service, but also the price. Was nervous at the idea of using a site that I have never used before, but was pleased to receive order and within a good delivery time.
