I can understand why Standard bank is not one of the best banks in SA anymore. We closed the business account 2 years ago, all fees settled. 6 months later they called again, we did the same, pay the outstanding fees and closed the account. Months later again a call that we owe R3200 on fees and we are handed over. They now call me 5 tot 6 times a day, and non of the people know about the problem....just harrasment on harrasment without sorting the issue out. Not sure how many clients have difficulty with this and if this a strategy to make money....please call me to start a class action.
Catrack is just useless, after cancelling a 7 year contract, I resigned a new one, and 3 month later botg contracts are still active. I listed on Hello Peter and afteward they gave an appology and promiswd to credit and cancel the contract. Since then I had at least 50 calls again collecting R140. They are so desperate they phone me 5 times a day. Cancelling the new contract eill cost me the full 3 year upfront...rather join they competition, this conpany is bad.
The worst experience of my life. I cancel a contract, transfer to a new vehicle with cartrack, and is still billed for the old. After almost 50 calls, they still want me to to pay monthly because Cartrack did not cancel the former contract. With the new installation they did not pitch to install....it was a huge fight to get the unit installed. Now I receive up to 5 calls a day for The old contract that needs to be paid..... sick company, no client service at all...rather join a proffesional tracking company.
Doing business with this company was nothing more than a nightmare. The price dropped drastically between the initial offer and the final offer, just after they heard I need to sell. The car was not settled after delivery, they billed me for the release of a private number, and I am still waiting for my plates back. The person that dealt with me did not communicate, I had to drag everything out, and finally had to force settlement in order to get the car of my name.
Fnb have overall good service, nice online platforms....pitty that they dont have relationship banking anymore, but the best bank in SA currently
The company with the worst communication I have ever dealt with. You must check what you buy, and their finance division if the worst.... i need to follow them up for answers ...they give a damn.....it is a ridicilous experience.....
I paid Pathcare in 2021 for an account I did know I had....it is 2023, they are still collecting and threatning to list me on ITC.....pathetic accounts department.....there ate better labs out there forsure......
This is the worst bank, with the worst service and the poorest internet platform in South Africa.....
This company gave a reasonable Service to us, but when you cancel, they keep on debiting you account?? Not once for about 3 weeks long, up to 3 times a day???? They lost me as client forever
Airlink is the best airline in Southern Africa....I travel with regularly with most carriers...the service, attitude, and punctionality is exceptional...
