I have been trying to sort out my FNB bank account and banking app for over a month while overseas. After it was closed they gave me an email address to resolve the issue just to close that mailbox without any alternative email address. I have phoned and email every single email address I can find with absolute zero results. If you are going overseas just close your FNB account it will cause you less stress in the end. I'm at a point where I'm not going to pay my credit card and wait for them to contact me, maybe that's idee of customer service
My mom passed away end of last month, thus i began to change all the debit orders to my dad's details. After sending a few emails to dstvhelp i got the details changed. I changed the banking details to the end of the month. Requested from dstv a reply to make sure they have changed the debit order details and no where do they mention that there will be pro-rated amounts outstanding. Today they cut the dstv because we have not paid. We paid the full amount of almost a R1000 last month so we does the pro-rate come in. This is the worst service that i have received since working to change all my late mom's accounts. Not a bit of sympathy for anyone, sorry for you lost but hai please pay even more money. No wonder people are canceling there dstv account
