We ordered a security swing gate from Maxidor and paid the full amount on the 5th March and were told it would be delivered by the 4th April. I get a phone call on Monday 30 March to be told they have made the gate incorrectly and it needs to be remade and now I just wait another 10-15 working days. At this point I feel Maxidor has ****** our money.
I’ve been on Medihelp for two years and I haven’t had anything to complain about till now. We haven’t used a hospital once this year but have used up all my savings and now our little girl who is 6 years old needs the help of a play the****** but Medihelp won’t help me cover the costs as it is suppose to come out of my savings. Just heartbreaking that we pay each month and we can’t financially pay the psychologist when its my little girl who needs the help of a specialist 🥺 mental health is supposed to start from a young age by giving children the right tools to cope in life.
Catch up has not been working for the whole of January! Shocking to pay for a service which I can’t use. Have called the Call centre numerous times and just get cheekily told omit is a technical issue and they working on it. Clearly they can’t fix it for a whole month! Absolutely pathetic service
<p>Never do business with Defendoor. </p> <p>Took close to 3 weeks to make our door , than made the door to big upon installation and had remake the door. Came to instal the 2nd time but couldn't as they didn't bring correct bolts and than 3rd time luckily our door was installed but too correct their errors used white spray paint on the gate of which some paint landed on my washing machine. The owner Damian does absolutely nothing! Beyond furious</p>
<p>We ordered three custom made wooden blinds from Game Eastgate and upon installation one blind was made too short. In investigating we found that Game had put in the wrong digits on computer therefore they were to blame and we were told they will fix it, that was the 5 June 2016 and we still haven't received our blind back. After numerous calls to the store no one can help me and tell me how far our blind is and our waiting period of 14 days are over! Service is shocking and pathetic!!!</p>
