I asked for a bicycle to be covered and had to sit through 10 minutes of someone telling me about lower amounts than what it should actually be insured for. When I called them out on this they said I have to listen to all this before they will add the bicycle. Purposefully waisting my time
Is it possible to be more useless? I simply want my bank statements from July to End January in .CSV format. I asked on the messaging and got the wrong information, I searched the web and got the wrong information. I even asked ChatGPT whcih also thought this should be easy as pie and got the wrong information. Eventually I had to phone, speak to the useless robot abd then get through to a human, who, although friendly enough was also unable to deliver and had to send the request to another team. I was supposed to have the information in a couple of hours or someone would call back. Nope. No call and no statements. It can't seriously be that difficult.
Purchased for the third time, airtime for a phone through ebucks and FNB has still not delivered the data. Good thing I'm not purchasing travel items like airplane tickets.
Nearly a month of waiting and my Toshiba washing machine is still broken. Apparently they have to order the parts which are not covered under the warranty because using the washing machine to wash clothes is not what it's made for.
Makro continues to sell grey market goods that are impossible to get spares for. Less thank 2 years ago I bought a washing machine from them. A Toshiba washer dryer. After my last comment on Hello Peter they called me. I am still waiting for some sort of resolution. My unit has been broken for weeks. Don't buy any products from Makro, the warranty means nothing, the products are garbage

I have always been weary of signing up with Telkom. It's well founded. For the first few months things were okay but then they just went totally down hill. 24 months later and I have searched for ways to end my contract. Begged DSL who are the *********s I signed up through to cancel the contract, been online to try cancel the contract even left comments on social media letting people know how terrible the service is and how impossible they make it to cancel the contract. Got a call after the last complaint saying it's cancelled only to hear from a sales person yesterday that it's not. What a nightmare.
I have requested cancellation of my contract multiple times, tried calling multiple times only to have to wait more than 10 minutes with no answer and still Telkom continues to ***** money from my account. Never use Telkom.
Vodacom still dropping the ball on service at every turn. Not only did I arrange to have roaming enabled. I even purchased roaming data at a Vodacom store. Vodacom stole that money, I then logged into the app to try purchase more roaming data and again, Vodacom has not delivered the product I purchased. Why can't you guys get it right?
Vodacom drops the ball at every turn. When you need the service you pay for the most, they disappoint at every turn. I bought a gig of roaming data, used 70 megabytes and I can't connect to any network service. Getting around is a nightmare. No access to maps, no access to anything you need because Vodacom is so unreliable
