Redefine not honouring Lease proposals.

We have been Tenants at Redefine since 2016. Even during Lock-Down we have been paying tenants. It is time to renew our Lease again for the 3rd time at Sammy Marks Square. We have negotiated the renewal and Received the updated Lease Proposal. We signed the Proposal awaiting the New Lease Agreement. On Monday the 10th of March we received an email that the signed Lease Proposal is not valid anymore. We communicated with Brenda that we would rather cancel the agreement. The response from Redefine shocked us since it seems they are not prepared to keep tenants and honour their proposals. Can somebody please assist us? Intotab Technologies.
