Uber as soon as the names involved there's lots of problems you dont care about anyone besides your high mark ups and robbing people
You people are the most useless unhelpful bunch money suckers there are, your help line is absolutely a waste of time your AI should go back to 2000 even better please don't call it AI it's a list of **** prompts that corner people into a conversation path of your choosing so that you can come out on top and when there's no more options you end chat. We ordered food that never came then you still take our money and you give zero assistance zero lines of communication. Its been 2 months now and you don't give a hoot. Doubt you will see this as you dont want customers to contact you. My next form of action will be to get some people together and visit your offices and make some noise in your face.
What a joke l your staff are not helpfull I get calls at 4 in the morning and no one can tell me why, your CEO salary +70million yet he can't dedicate anyone to fix this falling apart company with terrible serviceband try and try to fix some of the reviews becuse this isn't for fun its an experience multiple people are having but what is being done about it? Oh wait nothing.
Disgusting service it takes so long to speak to someone I've been trying for over a hour. Zero help whatsoever. Machine works when it wants to just a waste of time. So fed up with this

Terrible Service almost 2 hours later of waiting for food and watching the app speaking to a driver my order gets cancelled. Spur Minnetonka the second time i have had an extremely bad issue like this with no care from both sides. I speak to a manager at Spur and get told that he says they keep having problems with uber eats and the app didn't correctly work so he took a chance on the driver that he gave it to which disappeared with my food, and that he contacted uber eats and they would call me back right away. I still have not had a call or follow up and am so disgusted how easy it is to let down a customer more than once. Big companies are falling to terrible service like this and between uber and your partner food supplier SPUR it is extremely disgusting because they blame you and no one on your side comes back to me. Your help system is also so terrible as there is no one to speak to that can help out with an issue like this a machine is not a person and nothing is more frustrating then being let down like this and all your able to offer is a FAQ that does not cut it its sad.
Disgusted orderd with Uber eats wait well over one our for someone who is busy picking up all of a sudden driver changes he says the food has been taken and our order gets cancelled now what im am idiot for trusting they could make food to hand to someone that could deliver. Now we are hungry stuck at home . I am done
Great service, efficient fast always friendly everytime i called or they called really great service. My claim was handled well and lots of updates as i asked for. Thanks for everyone and Pieter kruger for all the help.
I wish there was less stars than a one star review. last night i order food at 6 a hour before my girlfriend gets home to make sure its on time, at 7 my girlfriend gets home and still no food i look at the app and i see the driver just picks it up awesome we are so excited being 7 late at night and staying less than 10 min from spur minnetonka we waiting patiently for our food 30 min later still no food and the driver hasn't moved position since she picked the food up, i try calling multiple times and no answer, i go onto the app and try the very un-helpful help section i speak to someone who is so uninterested in assisting me now its 20 to 8 back and forth back and forth wanting to rip my hair out speaking to this person now its 10 to 8 and spur minnetonka cancelled my order , your help person says look its been cancelled after more back and forth she says i must order again why on earth would i do that after waiting two hours its now 8 at night we are both ill because we are hungry now i must try order again wait two hours to get no food again? i requested the chat from the conversation i was told i would get emailed it and haven't received anything and i emailed multiple help departments relating to my issue and i received one generic computerized answer and nothing else this is ridiculous and disgusting and i am sick to the stomach on your service. i will be taking this further and to every complaint site possible because i am one person you just want to brush me off like i am nothing.
