I've had the worst experience with Mercedes Benz Bedfordview and Sandton Branches. I bought my car in September 2025 and the salesman confirmed that the matrix device is already installed in the car. Up until now I have been paying for a device I have not received so if my gets ****** it can be traced and should I have a problem I cannot press the button or report to anyone. This is serious and critical issue. I have followed up several times and the matter is not taken seriously. And also I had taken my car for a service at Sandton with the issue that I had since I bought the car with a car key battery low issue, tyres showing low pressures all the time and that has not been sorted. Someone followed up and I did mention I was not satisfied about these things, and no one is interested in assisting. I expected better but they are just like the rest needing commission and they throw you like a hot potato afterwards.
I just want to express my satisfaction on the service and the meal. Nompumelelo Ndlovu from eastgate did an excellent job
I booked a ticket last year but couldn't travel due to lockdown restrictions. Been asking for a refund. They don't want to give my money back. Then if they do not want at least they should be able to change the ticket to a different date. Never ever will i uae Mango as they stole my money

MTN has responded to assist and disappeared with no trace who I was dealing with. its quite urgent anyone who can assist please. I cannot believe the carelessness of the hospital called private but in actual fact it is a public hospital. I got admitted on the 30th September 2019. The service was poor from the time I got into the hospital when attended by Doctor Rudolf or whatever the name is the surgeon specialist. He was always in a hurry, he left and said he will check with the Doctor for Medication and that was the end of me seeing him for 2 min on the last day . Never attended to me fully when I requested the incident report and even the date of checkup and when I reported the nose bleed and short breath even though that was the case I was discharged and spoke to Palesa who was rude who never had a way of speaking to me. And on the night of the 2nd I was attended by Sister Qaqa on shift when I could not breath she had told me to drink water there’s nothing she can do and I must stop complaining all the time when I am feeling pains. I am really disappointed as of to date I did not receive the incident report form and to get the checkup date I had to call the hospital. Never ever will I ever go or refer someone to that Public hospital but paying big funds with my medical aid.
I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved and I want to warn everybody to be very carefull at Game against bad pathetic service tendencies. How can you ever make a payment and dissapears on the systen, where on earth? Games wants to make money out of poor people. WIth every shop when you make a paymnent it should appear especially when using an ID there's no excuse for them eating peoples money(223793 escalations)93 ESCALATION CAL
I have a big issue with the service and functionality of Game Store at Eastgate Mall . I dealt with Gladys Magagula the store Manager. I paid my TV licence in December 2018 , The cashier requested my licence no that I didn’t have and I provided her with my drivers licence for her to get my ID no. Up to date the payment has not yet been received by TV licence department and payment does not clear from Game side. I no longer have a slip and I paid cash. I have a problem with the way that the system works, where did the Payment of R530 that I owed to settle my debt and now I’m in a position to buy a TV and I cant. Please I need this sorted A.S.A.P
Firstly the car was booked at Krugersdorp panel beaters for a month without any update, I had to be the one following up with the insurance and Panel Beaters because no one bothered, The car was back with a dark cloud. colour was not the same, funny noise at the back and front bumper not aligned at all. It was then changed to an alternative Panel Beater. The car was towed without being informed of where is the car going and now It has been brought to my attention by the Panel Beaters that there were issues picked up on the car, Back bumper issue, seal is badly damaged below the doors elbow beading is damaged and the rubbers. The Assessor has not been there as they supposed to. And none of these were discussed with me and yet no work has been done on the car for over a week now. This is poor service, no communication whatsoever. So far your services have been useless in everything. To top it all you don't even bother to answer the calls or even return the calls.
