Refuse to refund my money
Mtn is the worst of the worst when it comes to service.I am disgusted. I wonder how they survived this long. Cancelled Wifi Contract in December 2025 and it was only processed in April 2026.The person who assisted Jessica decided on her own to pay my account that receives payment every month successfully without failer. I requested for refund on my own and was told to wait 7 working day ,when I called after the 7 working day ,I am told it takes 21 working days for a refund to be processed. Now this is around the same time my next debit is suppsed to go off.Maybe they decided again without my concern to pay my deb***** an instult from Mtn to assume I cannot afford to pay my account after 15 yrs with the stupid company.I just want to cancel all my contract...... Mind you I am still billed for the same contract that was cancelled in April meaning I will only receive the refund July........

No delivery after 4 months of purchase
I bought sneaker 20 November and I was promised countless time they will be delivered now it the 16 March no refund no shoe Cava is a scam mm and the number they gave us is not working
