Unhappy customer
Prosper sent someone feom alberton saying he is a technician. The guy came and collected my Samsung smart TV with R2200 deposit for the replavement of the screen and he said it will only take him a day. I am ****med because they never returned my TV and they are also not answering my whassap messages. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they are ****mers.

Do not use Protech Electronics
DO NOT USE Protech Electronics. TV broke an hour after he left and after 6 weeks he hasn't come back to repair. Not answering his phone and via whatsapp giving me the run around, always saying he is on his way, what a joke of a business. Address on website is not his office. I don't think he is even qualified if TV broke an hour.after he left. Do yourself a favour, do not use Protech Electronics

DO NOT USE Protech Electronics. TV broke an hour after he left and after 6 weeks he hasn't come back to repair. Not answering his phone and via whatsapp giving me the run around, always saying he is on his way, what a joke of a business. Address on website is not his office. Do not use services from Pro Tech Electronic
Technician came to my house to repair a fault on my TV. Fault repaired at a cost o R2300 with one year warranty. Fault returned one month later. After multiple promises via WhatsApp to come and fix the problem, technician never arrived. Now they don’t answer the phone or look at my WhatsApp messages. They ignore my emails. No physical address on their website or invoice. There is no option to comment on their website. So frustrating I could never recommend anyone to use their services.
