I am extremely disappointed with the service from PP24. Following a deposit on Friday, I received a formal confirmation, yet the funds were never made available for use. Despite completing a purchase, the product remains undelivered.
My attempts to resolve this via live chat have been met with shifting excuses when I spoke to NOMA and Tarryn. I have been told various stories that there are "security delays," that the "bank hasn't confirmed payment," and even that the "bank blocked the payment"—all of which contradict the deposit confirmation I already hold. Furthermore, getting a simple office contact number required persistent demands rather than proactive assistance.
I am requesting an immediate refund of my deposit or the instant delivery of my purchase. I have the proof of payment and the confirmation email as evidence. Please resolve this today or I will be escalating this to the relevant Ombudsman and consumer protection authorities immediately.
