Poor service

Poor service received from palesa at rustenburg mall. When I got a till she left me waiting there and talking to staff after few minutes she tells me the other person will help me rolling her eyes then I asked her the other till said I must come to then she left me just like that. What happened to sense of urgency and apologizing to the client when you see you are wrong
