Great Team that just do it right.
Just wanted to write a review for these guys to thank them for the great service and care. They really helped me out when my pool pump died. They were prompt and did an amazing job. I've used them before with another property and they were just as good. Highly recommend them if you need any help with your pool.

Professional company. Excellent service and after-sales follow up and reassurance
They do a great job and then follow up queries or concerns promptly and without any song and dance. They know their game and the quality of the work is excellent. I had concerns about delamination, but they came out early the next day, checked everything and showed me the problem was with calcification due to inadequate acid.

Pool Renovation Extraordinary Service
Absolutely beyond Question the best company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I have been renovating (more like a rebuild) our home for past 12 months. Pool had the be paved and my entire pool pump system relocated. Pool Renovators were the very first company during the entire year to clean up after themselves and they actually took their rubbish with them. They were very professional, had all thier own tools and equipment. During the pool Renovation the head office Collett Theron was in daily contact as was the rep Johan who quoted. I can't find words to express my delight and sincere gratitude. On top of the excellent work it turns out I can't be home to fill the pool and prime the pump/filter. I asked Johan and he said they would do it for a call out fee but later the office called and have told me they will commission the pump and filter as complimentary and part of their customer service. Please if you have repairs or want a new pool with confidence you should use pool Renovtors.

Fantastic job done on repairing my pool.
A big thank you to Pool Renovators. Our pool had to be resurfaced and Pool Renovators did a fantastic job within the timeframe quoted. Thank you to Hennie, Joe and the team for being so professional and doing such a great job.

Nice scam!
They have a nice scam on finding pool leaks. First, you have to pay in advance. R1500 - R2000. Then they pitch up with all sorts of fancy equipment. Then they give you long stories about why they can't find the leak. You're *****ed. Because you have already paid them. Nice scam!

Excellent professional and quick service
This is a big thank you to Pool Renovators which can be found at 190 Republic Rd, Fontainebleau, Randburg. I noticed my pool filter was leaking on Thursday morning and by Friday afternoon they had replaced the filter with the new one. The installation was professionally no with the minimum of fuss and at a great price too. I would highly recommend their services for any pool related requirements.

Shocking customer treatment
I contracted Pool Renovaters to fit a new pool pump motor and timer. A date was set for them to come and do the installation. My instruction to them was, phone me when you are at the gate because the intercom is not working (vandalised again). Past the agreed time I contacted Pool Renovaters to enquire the whereabouts of their crew. I was told that they were sitting outside my house waiting for me to open up. I opened the door and asked the driver why he didn't phone me as agreed. I just got an angry response. I then asked him to move his truck as he had parked on my neighbours driveway. I was shocked when he replied "don't tell me what to do". I then told him, in no certain terms, to leave and I phoned Pool Renovater's offices to complain. all I got was excuses. I have now cancelled the job. They never offered and apology, not even an insincere one. Well I have probably lost my deposit but I will not be treated in this way, just because I am a foreign national.
