Poor Communication and Unreliable Reservation Process

Last week, I contacted the head office of Poetry to enquire about the availability of a size 16 Niamh Animal-Print Shirt Dress for an upcoming special occasion. I was assisted in locating the dress at Eastgate Mall, and arrangements were made for it to be couriered to my nearest store.

However, I was later informed via email that the dress had been set aside and then sold. This is extremely disappointing, as I do not understand how an item that was reserved for me was not properly marked to prevent it from being sold.

What is even more concerning is the lack of communication. No one contacted me to explain the situation or offer an alternative solution, despite the urgency I had expressed regarding my event.

I am very dissatisfied with how this matter has been handled and would appreciate a clear explanation, as well as a solution to resolve this as soon as possible.
