By far the worst experience I have ever received reporting people for cheating they do nothing and then you take it in you own hands message the people and you get ban for the message you send **** playstation everyone warned me about playstation. Pc here we go and sick and tired of wasting money on the **** playstation

I have been with PlayStation for 3 years now. I have always paid my yearly subscription every year and now I have to pay on the 19th of Dec and I already got an email from them to remind me. BUT I can't play anything online and it's the 28th of NOVEMBER. Red dead redemption ONLINE kicks me out. Call of duty ghost ONLINE kicks me out. Call of duty ww2 ONLINE kicks me out. GUYS please I always believe PlayStation was better than x-box but it really is not they always have problems and I still have more than 3 weeks to pay but can't do anything. DONT GO WITH PLAYSTATION GO WITH X-BOX

Subscribed to EA Play via the Playstation network. Sold my Playstation shortly thereafter, and logged out and tried to unsubscribe from everything. Playstation network still deducted the subscription fee and now they say that I didn't cancel my subscription and refunds are only valid for those cancelled within 14 days of signing up. Just ridiculous, I have now paid for a subscription I cannot use, and Playstation Network have no policy to deal with this. Do not waste your time or money.

This company operates in a very underhanded way. Be cautious with subscriptions, as they do not offer refunds for recurring charges—even if you’re charged on the same day. They also don’t send any reminders before renewing your subscription, so make sure to cancel in advance.

The Dualsense Controller is defective. I have had two now and they both had the same issue, namely the right analog sticks. I was told that I could not get another one because my warranty is over but that does not apply to an existing issue. Now I have to spend R1,500 of my hard earned money to buy another. And getting them to repair it is almost impossible as the site keeps taking me to the page where I can only exchange it. I'm so disappointed in a brand I have supported since the early 90's. Its time to move to another company for my console needs. At a minimum they should fix the flaw in the controllers. I was told that hardware can stop working after 2 years of use. That is absolutely absurd. I still have a fridge from 20 years ago. Because it was made properly!

PlayStation just made an unauthorized payment on my account. I very clearly added a title with my PlayStation plus subscription and the next minute I receive a email with a statement of R569. Now I can’t even access my users and profile on my PlayStation. Clearly something is wrong!!! The support bot tells my im eligible for a refund, but no one is there to help. This is very very poor and *******!!
