I would have honestly not given you any stars

We have been receiving POOR service from Planet42 tried contacting you numerous times where ive been holding on for almost 4 hours , we have paid the final settlement amount 2 weeks ago and the deactivation amount for the tracking device. We are not getting any response on Email , whatsapp

If this is how you treat your customers after we have paid R8500 for 5 years , have not missed any payments , I would honestly not do business with you ever again or refer anyone to you.
