Fixed My Back Pain When Nothing Else Could
I had suffered with lower back pain for three years and had tried everything from painkillers to a chiropractor. My Pilates instructor assessed my posture and movement patterns in the first session and built a programme specifically around my weaknesses.

Wow, what a wonderful studio so well fitted out and the owner and instructor so professional and competent 👏🏻👏🏻🏆 they just know what part of the body to train and to strengthen the core, no more lower back pain or cracking knees and to keep one motivated to continue 👏🏻👏🏻😁 Thank you Pilates Dynamics 👏🏻👏🏻

I enjoyed my courses at Pilates Dynamics
I enjoyed my courses at Pilates Dynamics. The Instructors were so patient with me and they helped me power through even when I thought I wouldn't make it. 100percent recommend them
