Bad experience. I received my wrong order. Still waiting after 1 hour. Pick n pay staff mixed up the orders and I must wait until they decide to bring my items. My order number 300738050 The order was placed pass 9 this morning and it's now 11:07. No reply from pick n pay Eersteriver. Still waiting on my order.

on friday i ordered groceries on their ASAP app, i got a notification that they busy with the order, then the driver is on his way, last notification order delivered, usually the driver will call to say he is at the gate i did not get a phone call only a message that says delivered, i immediately log a complaint on their app. i got message that says they need to investigate . i still have not received any comms from them , i do not have my order and my money is held at pick n pay.

Good evening. I was at Pick n Pay Kempton square(05 August 2025@15:44) service is very poor in that store...you wait(que) for everything. I qued to buy baked bread I went to the self cutting bread machine and the bread didn't cut nice. I couldn't take it home in the form that it looked and it was not hot when I was cutting it. So the reasonable thing to do was to swap it for a better one so the better one was white bread. So I was informed that I can swap it at the till because of the small price difference. A supervisor(Makie Maloka) was called and I told her what happened and she was not capable o solving that problem and escalated it to the store manager(Lishani Mawela)-who was apparently in a meeting.

Two weeks ago I noticed to my dismay that 8 000 points or R80 has disappeared from my balance. I checked my account info and also saw that my name has been changed to Wallace Cele, someone unknown to me but who coincidentally has the same initials to me I immediately contacted the Customer Complaints line, where an apparentally very eager contact agent asked me to send a screenshot of my last slip with my then-balance.U did that and she said she would send it their tech division and get back to me. After a week I tried contacting her again by email but to no avail. I then spoke to another agent, who promised to look into it and get bsck to me the same day. Needless to say, that did not happen either. I am very concerned about the apparent identity theft on my card - a concern not shared by PnP. I want my points back and an explanation of what happened and an assurance that the breach has been addressed.

I'm writing with so much irritation as this incident is not for the first time. Everytime I order Underfoort Sealer they deliver the cleaner. The 2 are not the same. They differ in function and price hence the dealer is expensive. I'm tired of using the ASAP services I will move to other stores maybe they know the difference.
