Piatto Middelburg

We bought the Middelburg observer on 14 February 2020 which displayed a front page adverti*****t from Piatto restaurant & Grill Middelburg for a 600g Tomahawk steak for R149.00 and when we phoned the restaurant to order the meal as advertised they refused to place the order and stated that the meal is not on their menu.

When I asked to speak to the manager the waiter informed us that there is no manager available.

It is highly unprofessional to place an adverti*****t on the front page of the local newspaper and as soon as customers wish to place an order it is denied that such meal is on their menu.

I am highly disappointed in Piatto Middelburg an would not recommend this restaurant to no one.

You cannot complain about the service because there is no service.
