Estate delayed and no communication
I'm encouraging everyone infact all South African 'DO NOT USE THE SETVICES OF THIS COMPANY CALLED PGA INC'. They are good at promises and they will tell you that they will help you only to frustrate you. They are ****s especially the lady by the name of Phindile Mbatha and Aatikah.. Please good people of South Africa Let's make sure that Social Media is aware of these ****** and no one must do business with them I'm Currently their client and I regret the day I allowed them to assist with winding do2n the estate thatb8s now taking 2 and half years instead of 6 months that they promised to finalise my mother's estate.

Disappointed and annoyed.
They do not even deserve a single star. Worst so-called "law firm" ever. I do not know how an estate can take more than 3 years to process, with employees who do not even provide satisfactory feedback. It is like they are doing you a favour. This "law firm" needs to be audited and investigated. Report that!

Disappointed and annoyed.
They do not even deserve a single star. Worst so-called "law firm" ever. I do not know how an estate can take more than 3 years to process, with employees who do not even provide satisfactory feedback. It is like they are doing you a favour. This "law firm" needs to be audited and investigated. Report that!

They do not even deserve a single star. Worst decision we ever made by seeking help from this so-called "law firm", we have been waiting for 3 years now for my late Mother's estate. The people there are so unprofessional, and I wonder what kind of *******ion is going on there. They fail to even give you proper professional feedback, and they ignore any kind of communication to them. I wonder who hired these idiots. Soon I will be naming names nxa!!

Winding up of Estate takes forever with these guys
This company promised to wind my mom estate within 6 to 12 months. It's now almost 2 years and nothing has happened. They keep on prom8sing to update you with the process but you have to call them and sometime you don't even get update. Please anyone do not use the services of this company they are u unprofessional and they don't care about their clients. We dep3nding on this estate to be finalize and PGA is delaying . This company waste people's time and they play with their client emotions. I would never recommend this company to anyone who wishes to windup their estate. Find another company

HORRIBLE LAW FIRM!
It is the most unprofessional law firm ever. Phindile is rude and ***********. they do not bother to do follow-ups. I regret ever working with them.

***********, neglectful, lacks empathy, lacks communication, dishonesty
We have been with PGA Attorneys for 4 years now and it is the worst experience ever. And we have had our ups and downs but overall the 2 ladies who have been helping us with our estate have been helpful to their fullest of abilities but the problem is Preshnee Govender, seeing as she is the one in charge,specifically with the finances. She has failed to send the amount we had asked for, to which she said agreed to and she said she was going to send it , but then she decides that she doesn’t want or isn’t going to send it anymore, and we weren’t given a reason as to why and on top of that she failed to tell us directly, she sent one of her employees to tell us. And we have told her more than once what we need the finances for. And apparently it isn’t important and we can wait. We don’t have food, electricity, the bills aren’t paid and according to her that isn’t important and we should wait till either Christmas or New years. Today is the 13th of December and we are being told to wait 2-3 weeks to get the funds. I don’t know what she expects us to eat or live by during the 2-3 weeks. We have been **** to straight to our faces. We went to their office on the 12th of December 2024 to have the issue sorted out and the finances sent but we were told that she isn’t in the office today and that she is in court but we literally saw her walk past us to go to her office and when she was speaking to the contractors who are fixing the office, I assume. She is extremely neglectful to her clients and she has no empathy, she has a purely evil heart and she does not know how to communicate and I don’t understand how she is still in business If it was possible for me to give them a 0 star review I would. Don’t go to PGA Attorneys, it is the worst place. Our attorneys have tried helping us but nothing can be done by them because they don’t have authority nor access to send us the funds, and I don’t blame them because they are trying their best.
