I order rose gold paw ear rings and rose gold paw bracelet. On delivery the bracelet was broken and the pink stone in one of the earrings was detached from the earring and was loose in the package. Order #3529 I sent an email to the email provided but to date have had no response from the supplier. Definitely a NO NO.

This company is a scam. They have changed their name a million times. They used to go under the name pore vacuum . I purchased from them about 6 months ago and I still haven't received my product or a refund. Keep their page under your browser, you will be able to see exactly how many times they change their names! They conveniently dont have contact numbers as well!

I had the same experience as other people who have complained about this company. Because I placed an order very soon after I saw the ad on Facebook, I was not able to verify if this company was legitimate or not. The website looked legit. The order confirmation email looked legit. There were no bad (or good) reviews about the company. It looked legit. I became suspicious when I didn't receive a response to my email or my online request sent through their website. 2 weeks later, still no response even though their website states they deliver, even in this time! By now, I can see there are a few other unhappy customers waiting for their delivery. If they were legit, a simple response to my email apologizing for the delay due to ____ reason would have been enough to placate me. Or a generic Delivery Status Update banner on their website would satisfy most. But nada. No acknowledgement AT ALL from them. I tried requesting a refund, using the email address provided on their website and I got a 'Message Block Access Denied' auto-generated response. That makes me worry. Then I tried to got through the steps of ordering again through their website but when I entered my details, the 'Country' field was pre-populated with Italy and wouldn't allow me to change it and wouldn't allow me to proceed. The name on my bank statement for this purchase was 'Pets Jewels Sa Ravenna'. And their prices aren't low! So now what do we do if we paid with our bank cards? Can we reverse it because I've tried with FNB and no joy. I'm ****ED!

I purchased earrings from Pets Jewels SA, online, on the 5 May 2020.Shortly thereafter I received a confirmation email from them of the purchase, the order number, and a contact email address for queries. As I have not heard from them at all after the initial (automated) e-mail I started inquiring regarding my purchase. I received the same response as other comments on this platform. I have serious doubts as to the legitimacy of the company, even more so as they are not bothering to respond to HelloPeter reviews as well. I will be doing everything in my power to have the charges reversed.

I purchased earrings from Pets Jewels SA, online, on the 5 May 2020.Shortly thereafter I received a confirmation email from them of the purchase, the order number, and a contact email address for queries. As I have not heard from them at all after the initial (automated) e-mail I started inquiring regarding my purchase. I received the same response as other comments on this platform. Nearly 3 weeks later I have had no contact from them whatsoever , and whilst I appreciate the difficulty with lockdown & that perhaps deliveries are delayed , I would have liked some response to my email queries. I emailed them on the 12 May & the 15 May to the email address supplied info@petsjewels .co.za & also visited their website and contacted them form there.To date I still have had absolutely no response from them!I cannot find them on facebook , only the same company in the UK.I sent the UK store a message on messenger and they have no contact details for SA???They assure me the company is legit & not a scam . How do I know this if no one is available to answer my emails/queries? I would appreciate any response.
