Perfume room (Possible ****)

Terrible Service. First, they tell me the products I ordered are out of stock. Then I chose other products. I asked them again where my package is after a week, and they just told me the factory is taking long. After a week or longer, they gave me a waybill number. But the comments just say the company address is invalid, and with about 10 comments saying that the parcel cannot be picked up.

I then asked for correspondence with my package. Calling them and WhatsApping them. They just ignore me.

I saw a lot of reviews on perfume room on Hellopeter, but I only later saw that all the people leaving the reviews have been active since March 2026. I believe this might be false.

Please be wary, as I believe the perfume room might be a ****. I will remove my review if I receive my package today or by tomorrow at the latest, or get my money back today or tomorrow.

It is only R720 that they took from me, but I believe we should hold these companies accountable and warn eachother about ****s.
