Unreliable service at Perere oceans mall

If I could rate this place a 0 I WOULD! I am extremely horrified with the behaviour of the staff here and the professionalism of the restaurant overall. I made a booking with this place 2 weeks in advance for a friends birthday and I even have their official WhatsApp line, the lady even confirmed booking with me the day before , however when I reached the place, the door girls advised that they don’t take bookings for a weekend, we had a cake and we had other people who were also joining, they made us stand at the door for atleast 10 mins, with many empty tables available, they couldn’t accommodate us? Absolutely pathetic and I will never recommend anyone go here!
